Digging into Discovery: How to Ensure Meaningful Change via Digital Transformation

The go-live of a digital transformation project might feel like a conclusion, but it is in fact just the beginning of a membership organisation’s change journey. A critical – yet often underrated – means of successfully directing this journey is the Discovery process.

In this session, we’ll talk to two senior membership professionals whose organisations are at very different stages of their respective digital transformation journeys. Andy Kirk, of The Fostering Network, and Emma Bossom, of the Royal Aeronautical Society, will share lessons learnt throughout the discovery process, as well as the most valuable and unexpectedly useful insights to come out of it.

We’ll consider the purpose and process of Discovery, both as a starting point and at a time of crisis when immediate change is required. Attendees will also benefit from our guests’ wider views and experience on creating and running successful membership strategies.
