Description
Like
many membership organisations, the British Association for Counselling
and Psychotherapy (BACP) has seen an increase in demand for learning and
CPD from its members. In this session, Civica will talk to Rebecca
Gibson, Member Resources Manager and Grace Gardiner, Head of Member
Services from the BACP, about how the association is supporting members
of all experience levels to learn, develop, build skills and drive
professionalism. BACP will share how learning and CPD has enhanced their
member value proposition – by delivering member-centric experiences,
creating communities of practice for knowledge sharing and gaining
deeper member insights – leading to increased member engagement and an
improved net promoter score (NPS).
Learning objectives:
- Why learning and CPD experiences are vital for member retention
- Making learning and CPD a key part of the overall membership benefit
- Working with a partner to develop a CPD solution that meets member needs
