Cantarus
has crunched the numbers for our population of community clients in the
membership sector. For the first time, Cantarus created individual
reports for their community membership clients looking at 10 metrics to
assess the engagement within the communities.
The reports outlined the communities’ achievements, offered some
suggested actions to aid improvement, and provided comparisons between
the communities they support. Find out what we learnt from analysing the
data from the membership bodies we support with online community.
